Why do poor people vote for the Conservative Party in the UK?

In Finland they say the problem is that the poor people don't vote because they don't think it can change anything. I wonder if it could be possible to agitate somekind of movement that could make every poor person vote. A Facebook campaign or something? Isn't that the way to do these kind of things these days? The next parliament election is in 2019 but the right wing parties in the government have only increased their support after taking from the poor in the most heinous ways. And the rich only get their taxes cut in the name of the common good.
