Republican representative, shocked shocked shocked that President Obama did some recess appointments (an old Bush trick), said that it isn't really a recess and the Republicans should complain as soon as they get back from recess all being out of town for some reason, and, lest we think she is making any sense at all, adds, "No matter how you look at this, it doesn't pass the smell test."
