We do not need to waterboard the terrorist assassin or lock him in a secret prison. This is America, and the ordinary workings of the law should suffice.
We do not need criminal syndicalism or other such charges against the hatemongers who inspired this loathsome crime, though we should remind them of what they have done and make clear that decent people won't associate with them.
