Wow. Entitled much? Makes me kind of glad I didn't get into the history PhD program I applied for, because I know I'll be safe from having to try to teach students like this. (On the other hand, it also means I won't be able to teach the students who actually want to learn, but I guess no solution is perfect.)

No one ever explained the rules to me, either, and I'm lucky I was born with a big brain, or I'd have had a much harder time getting into college.
