Sorry, no.

I know you keep harping on about "but just create a fake facebook identity," but that fails because you have to be logged into facebook and sane people do not want their activity across the web tracked by facebook.

The solution to this problem is community management.

If you're unwilling to moderate or screen comments, then don't have comments.

If people want to respond, there are plenty of ways for them to do it without comments.
