I had no idea that was a myth. In 1989-91 when I was in Kansas, the news had a weekly feature on a drug-addicted baby they wanted someone to adopt. I'm all the more glad I stopped watching TV - I won't absorb as many of these propagandistic lies. Thanks again for the link - you're now pretty much the only place I see these things, the other people who used to post such links have stopped doing so.
