(Mostly because I've always wondered and now have a Source, but also because in an earlier posting about Jack Davis' art, Mr. Stewart reproduces the cover to Bob and Ray's Stereo Spectacular, which my family wore out in the '60s [it was I think bought in conjunction with the Grundig/Telefunken stereo system in 1960/1]; we can still raise a smile with the words "By coach? But there's no road!")
