Chelsea Milan revised her initial condemnation to say that it might have been work-for-hire, in which case no royalties were contracted for. Has anyone said what sort of contract Mr. Foster engaged in?

ETA: Ah, I see that the complaint to SFWA says that royalties were specified in the initial contract.
