Follow Me Here looks at “The Jet-Propelled Couch,” Robert Lindner’s account of a scientist who created a science-fictional world and almost pulled his shrink into it. Some believe the scientist was Paul Linebarger/Cordwainer Smith. Saul-Paul Sirag, one of the hippies who saved physics, had a less interesting but perhaps more plausible theory.
