Some good trips down memory lane, there. Also a good news/bad news element, in that yay, I already knew about some of them, but boo, I already read all the books in that series (and usually the author is dead and thus no more books likely to be forthcoming). Amanda Cross, Joseph Hansen, Tony Hillerman, all very good. Have you read them all, yourself?

I was completely unfamiliar with the international one, but the others at least I'd heard of.

Not all, but I really liked Parker, Cross, and Hansen.
