Except for the fact that it's not the first to exist, just the first picked up by a fashion magazine.

Yeah, seriously, you have to be skeptical when someone who is not an expert in a field of the arts, as Glamour is not an expert in children's lit, starts trying to sell you "the first" of something.

How many times have you seen a celebrity, including but not limited to Madonna, claiming that there just weren't any good children's books with this, that, or the other message? and those of us who write for all ages wanted to scream in disgust because the answer was, there were tons, they just didn't get her press?
