Punishment
Sep. 14th, 2019 09:52 amI am ambivalent about the complaints when a white person is punished moderately for something Black people are punished cruelly for. The problem isn’t the white person’s punishment. Here’s John Fugelsang on the latest:
Felicity Huffman got more prison time for lying her kid into college than anybody got for lying other peoples’ kids into Iraq

For example, with nonviolent drug 'crimes', it probably is decriminalization both in theory and practice (from what I understand, in many places that have ostensibly decriminalized marijuana, like Colorado and Massachusetts, still have POC being arrested for marijuana possession, etc.)
