Satirical article suggests that if the government shutdown continues long enough, the Coast Guard should start selling seized cocaine to keep going. Richard Condon made the same suggestion for the entire government in Emperor of America. If so, they should wait until Trump is out because he may the only person who could lose money in that particular enterprise.

For all we know, Trump would just snort it. He certainly sniffs a lot.

I think it's hard for people to imagine that a person in full command of their faculties would choose to act like Trump. Drugs make more sense, in a way.
