I find it hard to believe that someone who accomplished so much, including a parallel clandestine career, and all while dealing with episodes of serious illness, could be a patient described as losing vast amounts of time to his fantasy life. Unless of course the shrink hugely exaggerated the case study, which I suppose is possible.
