The one that, thankfully, I don't see much anymore is "small imperfection". As in, "her lovely face was marred only by the small imperfection of her snub nose". Or her freckles, or her widow's peak, or her mismatched eyes... no, that one would get more notice I think.

Anyway, the point is, every time I read that I was just "FUCK YOU. I'll give you a small imperfection!"
