Of course, one could argue that your Dreamwidth feed is pretty much a commonplace book for the 21st century in any case...

I started keeping a commonplace book as part of bullet journaling a little over a year ago. When I set up the pages for the next week, I look through my commonplace pages (they are marked with tape on the edge in my bujo) for a timely, inspiring, or helpful quote to add. This has the benefit of reminding me what's in my commonplace book too.

When I start a new bujo each year I transfer any especially pertinent or helpful quotes to the new journal as the start of my commonplace pages for that year.
