Date: 2017-07-30 03:58 pm (UTC)I would bet that scary-moocher views it in the dominance ways and considers his insult to be that Bannon is trying to be a woman. (No promises - I can't pretend to understand the mindset! But this is, I feel, a well founded guess.)
And yes, "conspicuous courage" is a good way to put it. Not that I'm ungrateful, especially if he was determined to force a better bill or kill it. But it was showboating.
(I will grant: if he was shiving Trump, doing it in a show-boating manner is appropriate. "Who's the big man now, pussygrabber?")
