I'm glad our society is finally tackling this in kids, but we have a lot of restructuring to do if we want the message that bullying is not acceptable behavior, like not rewarding it in adult behavior. Genes are fluid. Carrot and education, rather than stick. I'd love to see some progress on this in my lifetime.
