The torture just never ends. Making poor people without spoons try to work around all these hoops is such a sadistic game.

This is not "the State of Maine"; this is Governor Paul LePage, who was twice elected with less than 50% of the vote due to a man named Elliot Cutler who ran booth times as an independent, sucking away votes from the Democrat, Mike Michaud, who would otherwise have won.

Expect the bill in question to go nowhere.
