Isn't giving your password to a third party a violation of Facebook's terms of service?

All the evidence you need to get someone on cyberbullying, which sexual harassment would fall under, would be in the victim's email/account. Why would they need the kid's password? If kid's are planning actions through accounts, get them on the real world actions. This policing of their ability of communicate sounds more like cutting off a thief's hand to me. And as for other activities beyond bullying, just no.
