George W. Bush, though he is not president anymore, used his superpowers to make the stock market return to where it was before his policies the prospect of a Black Muslim Socialist president caused it to tank. Does that make any sense at all?

It makes about as much sense as giving Pres. Obama all the responsibility for the downturn after just months in office.
