Yeah, it turns out the fiscal crisis was creative accounting.

But "Fighting Bob" La Follette would be so proud of those workers right now.

*nods* Yeah, same logic being used at the Federal level to cut social services programs. :( Well, there IS a budget crisis, but it's not being caused by the miniscule amount that goes to services.
