Great idea, would be marvelous here in Silly Valley, where the monthly pass costs me $90 ... except what's their solution to homeless people colonising the buses? The "Hostel 22" problem here makes the buses unpleasant and sometimes even dangerous to ride; and since we have nicer weather than KC, we get people camping out in the bus shelters and refusing to let anyone else use them (and smoking, in some cases, which chases me personally away more than booze or piss).
