Jim Bunning is only the second craziest Hall of Fame pitcher, or at least if he believes that we are menaced by Elders of Zion from inside the hollow earth, he has managed to keep it out of outside voice. He has, however, figured out all by himself that Unemployment Insurance pays people who are not working. Fellow Republicans are awed by this bit of wisdom.
