It's got some solid science fictional elements, so science fantasy like any good space opera, so yeah, spec lit will cover it. I think if you took her work as a whole, with all she wrote on the science of the day, mixing it with speculation, and fantasy narrative, it falls under the science fiction banner. I'm partial to her plays filled with amazing women. And if you haven't seen them, here are her Atomic Poems. (-:
