More and more I find I like Jesus's canon but not his fandom.

I loved a parody I saw about prominent evangelicals hearing of a new Supreme Court justice, and demanding to know his views on... poverty; the one issue Jesus talked about more than *any* other. I was very puzzled, until I realized that the parodist had substituted an actual *Christian* value with the one that's usually pushed forward as most vital.
