Harking back to the proud tradition of Kim Jong Il, Catholic League president William Donohue did a tiny-print full-page ad in The New York Times explaining how the Church pedophilia scandals are the fault of everybody except the Church. Relics

The Law of Contagion insures that many people will be fascinated by remnants of the holy. One thinks of the many churches claiming to possess the essential relic of Jesus' circumcision or the NatLamp reconstruction of a saint from parts displayed in churches (seven legs, two skulls…). Now Pagan Prattle reports a more tasteful discovery, like all of them "requiring much imagination and a leap of faith": the nails of the True Cross. One can only reply, "Gadzooks!"

Liberty University (which was named by the kind of person who calls Yao Ming "Shorty") has cut off student access to a newspaper website that reported how much federal aid it's getting. No doubt they think government money is obscene.

The Urban Dictionary tells us that ratfuck is a "military term [that] refers to rooting through an assortment of items and only taking what you want/need."
