Actually, auto-fellation would create an interesting conundrum among the deplorable sect. Making a woman suck and swallow is considered an act of dominance, not an act of loving pleasure.

I would bet that scary-moocher views it in the dominance ways and considers his insult to be that Bannon is trying to be a woman. (No promises - I can't pretend to understand the mindset! But this is, I feel, a well founded guess.)

And yes, "conspicuous courage" is a good way to put it. Not that I'm ungrateful, especially if he was determined to force a better bill or kill it. But it was showboating.
