In a little over a year, the British Tories have twice taken careful aim at their own foot with elections they didn’t need to call and twice scored bull’s eyes. Now they have to align with a hate group called DUP, which could be mistaken for a satirical extension of their own most deplorable qualities. As Charles Pierce says, “It's not just us.”
