Macromanaging

I just wrote and installed the macros for link and lj-user. Doing it correctly once (after many tries) makes me pathetically grateful that I don’t have to do it every time I post. (If I did, I would probably have decided by now that the Intarwebs are one of those young-folks things like the alleged music they listen to. I am the sort of person who considers double-clicking a problematic display of manual dexterity.) I love computers!

You got the alleged part right. Stopped listening to anything alleged back in '95 or so, myself.

(I mean, there are maybe 2-10 songs from each of the last 20 years I can still get into, but for the great majority of it, I just can't even.)

Oh wow, no, OK, there was almost no song in the 80s I didn't listen to, as long we're talking pop, rock 'n roll, and some R&B and rap. Love 80s music, still. But my condolences to your musical expansion stopping in '75 (wasn't the Electric Light Orchestra and Karen Carpenter pretty hot back then?). *weeps*
