Private law

We should be focusing on the fact that a tiny -- microscopic -- group of people have collected immense wealth and power. They are a threat to democracy, decent lives for the rest of us and the survival of the planet.

Marx predicted that capitalism would bring about the concentration of wealth and power in the hands of a few very rich people.

When Lenin wrote: "to decide once every few years which member of the ruling class is to repress and crush the people through parliament -- this is the real essence of bourgeois parliamentarism", he was describing the politics of such a time.

All things outlive their usefulness. Capitalism did marvelous things in its day, but it is no longer a force for good. It is time to move on.
