Date: 2009-10-19 03:46 pm (UTC)As far as I can tell, my dad (when he was a baseball fan) was National League All The Way, which would also have been a function of the time; I do remember hearing about the Brooklyn Dodgers long before I figured out what baseball was, and October 1963 was enlivened by surreptitious transistor radios in school and Sandy Koufax. (My Yankee fan year was 1962. It was OK.)
I might prefer the Angels to climb out of the hole and meet the Phils, but that might take a serious miracle.
