I am reminded of radio station WGTZ in Eaton, Ohio, part of the Dayton/Springfield radio market. FCC rules require a station to give its call letters and city of license at the top of each hour, but don't restrict what a station can say before and after them. So, WGTZ began saying "WGTZ Eaton Dayton and Springfield alive!". I dont know if they're still doing it.
