As I understand it, a guy steals an apple and eats it; when caught, he blames his wife. Then the two of them, looking for a scapegoat, settle on an animal with no voice, no arms, no legs, and no ears, unable to hear the accusation against it, let alone make any response. Their citizenship is revoked and they are deported to Iraq.
