RIP Elliot Shorter

Fannish good guy, gone peacefully and not unexpectedly. I didn't know him terribly well, but I liked him. I loved hearing him sing "Teddy Bear's Picnic" at a FISTFA meeting.

(I don't think I've been to a FISTFA meeting in over 20 years. But I still remember him singing that.)

I think FISTFA was already one with Nineveh and Tyre 20 years ago when we moved back here.
