(Presumably the ideal judge is a psychopath, though in a pinch we could settle for a person with autism.)<br /><br />She once said that being Hispanic helps her understand things better, a far more racist statement than any white judge has ever made. <br /><br />Her picture, like that of Jessica Valenti, inspires unwholesome thoughts in Ann Althouse.
