Why does this article not prominently, screamingly mention that everyone with pre-existing health conditions can get quite reasonably priced health care RIGHT NOW because of the Health Care Act? Why is this a secret? It's one of the most underused federal programs in the country and this drives me insane.
Oh, it does mention it, in a nasty "can't work" kind of way. They say that the cost per participant is more than twice what was anticipated. They don't say that the number of participants is roughly 1/100 of what was anticipated.
