THAT is what I knew her name from. How to silence women's writing. Yes. I even recommended her to a little girl whose father, right in front of me, was telling his daughter that Truman Capote really wrote To Kill a Mockingbird.

Good god, she was responsible for K/S, too?!

It does seem likelier that Harper Lee wrote In Cold Blood.

Russ was probably the first critic with Serious Credentials to say that she liked K/S.
