It is of course common sense that humanity is divided into men and women, and you can tell which someone is by looking, just as it is common sense that the Sun goes around the Earth. The Trump Gang, unsurprisingly, is promoting this cruel and stupid doctrine. [Atlantic]

It is the eternal problem of having to out onesself to medical 'experts' to get relevant treatment- a lot of people wish trans guys away even more than they wish trans girls away.

And as for intersex conditions (raises hand tentatively) forget it............

I have a really common mental illness, and I still spend far too much time explaining to GPs how to treat me. I can only imagine how frustrating it is for something less common and with more discrimination.

Ideally, government wouldn't record gender at all, since it's not really relevant to anything they do. But I'm not holding my breath.
