My employer has been pushing this stuff for years, and seem surprised when employees suggest that "work anywhere" really means "work everywhere", Fortunately(?) they are primarily pushing it for customers' employees, and only secondarily for their own. (Though apparantly they have finally implemented a cell phone mail system that does *not* require giving them contol of the empoyee's phone. Now they just need to make outlook-web-access work reliably from a Mac, and make the VPN stay up for as much as 8 hours at a time, and it might become halfway convenient to do the remote-workaholism they consider desirable, rather than leaving things for the office where the tools work better :-()
